What I Do

Embodiment practices can look different for each individual and should cater to what feels best for you, setting you on your path to better support and wellness.

what does working with me look like?…

Each 1:1 session, class or workshop is different. However, the foundation of my work always involves assessments, focus on breathing, core and alignment to connect inward, collaboration between the person or people in the room, explanation about the area we are working on or the reason for what we’re doing, and reassessments with a focus on the process not the final outcome. Progress matters more than perfection or achievement.

My mission as a healthcare and service professional is to share the power and benefits of self-care healthcare through embodiment practices (breathing, rolling/self myofascial release, yoga therapy, yoga nidra/non-sleep deep rest, Ayurveda, and movement/mobility).

My style of teaching is intentional and focuses on alignment while inviting you to listen to your mind, body and breath. Curiosity, non-judgement and self-discovery are words you will hear me use in just about every class or private session. I hope that you always leave class or your session feeling as though you have learned something new and created some space.
