1:1 Sessions

Currently the bread and butter of Erin McCabe Wellness, these sessions look and feel similar to personal training or physical therapy. Individuals work directly with Erin in studio or virtually on Zoom, receiving customized movement regimes, including personal support, guidance and cues. Session content and frequency are unique as well, further supporting your own goals and abilities.

Private Group Sessions

In small groups of two to four people, Erin McCabe Wellness offers personal support and wellness community together in one place. Private to those selected and consented into the group, these sessions create a safe space for participants to share, move and breathe, ultimately healing and growing both their physical and mental health. Groups can meet in person in the studio or virtually on Zoom.

Virtual courses

With the use of the online platform Thinkific, Erin McCabe Wellness shares on demand courses. Available wherever and whenever you have space, time and wifi, these courses offer extensive information in video, audio and written content. Purchase once and have lifetime access: move through the lessons at your own pace and return to them whenever you’d like.

The Breathing Pelvis

Connect to how your pelvis breathes and feel how this can decrease pelvic, back, hip and abdominal pain! Journey into how breathing impacts your pelvic floor, SI joints, lower back, hips and so much more! All levels and bodies welcome.

Great for folks in need of additional support, gaining knowledge and skills to offer assistance in real, every day life.

Prenatal Prehab

Pregnancy is a time of constant change; this can often lead to ebbs and flows of aches, stiffness, cramping or pain. Use this series based course to address, and hopefully prevent, some of the most common areas of issues for a pregnant person.

Perfect to reference throughout a pregnancy, in real time whenever a need comes up.

Embody U Mentorship Program

next offering - summer 2025

The newest offering from Erin McCabe Wellness, this 3 month offering for movement and healing arts professionals to deepen their skills and increase confidence with breathing basics, perinatal programming, and recovery practices in a group program setting. Offered once a year to a small group with access to all virtual courses, live recorded monthly calls and 1:1 check-ins.

Community Calendar

Even if we aren’t working together directly in the studio, you can still find me at community occasions and collaborations! These events offer an incredible opportunity for me to work with the community, and vice versa, often in environments where participant payment is not necessary. Join me to learn more about self-care healthcare and connect with others in your community!

Open to the public, workshops are for anyone and everyone curious about self-care healthcare without fully committing to personal or private group sessions. Content, length, frequency and cost are unique to each workshop
