Who I

Work With

Clients and students are often those experiencing pain, injury, who are perinatal, seeking more body awareness and mindfulness, or simply those curious about a different approach to exercise and movement.

 

All bodies welcome…

Those who I work with and have worked with include:

  • anyone who has finished PT, but doesn’t yet feel ready to return to their “normal” exercise/movement routines - especially those who have had a joint replacement or are ready for one

  • anyone with chronic or persistent pain that hasn’t been relieved from “traditional” options

  • anyone who is curious about breathing and how to incorporate breath exercises into their exercise/movement practice

  • pregnant and postpartum people who have pain or need guidance on what exercise/movements are safe to do

  • those with MS and other neurodegenerative diseases who are looking to stay active

  • those who are just looking for a different approach to exercise/movement
